So this is definitely not a hardware problem. What's weird is that is that I was able to record an entire podcast episode with no problems and then this issue popped up without any change to settings.

And lastly 512 meg of Ram is the absolute bare minimum these days and I'm not sure that is going to be enough for BFD to run in many programs at all. 1.86 would normally be plenty fast but the Centrino chip seems to not use its full clock speed. I'll stop back and give you an idea of how to do it with Sonar as well tomorrow.īut your laptop is going to be right on the border to try and run BFD with the Centrino chip. Hopefully he'll stop on this thread and give you a quick bit of advice on it. I'm not a Reaper user but pjk can probably tell you exactly how to load the VSTi for BFD.
I know there are as well for Sonar aon Youtube as well. I do believe if you go to the Reaper site they have complete tutorials for all the function's in Reaper. Is there an easier way go about this with Sonar? Will it work with my Soundcard? I actually went in to my Audio Control Panel and looked in the Recording Options, and for both Sound and Voice Recording, I noticed that the Advanced Tabs were both "greyed" out.
